Changing or Canceling Reservations
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately.
Please call us as we may not be able to receive your cancellation notice by e-mail as the date of your stay approaches.
Please be sure to inform us of the date of your stay, the name of the representative, the number of guests, and your reservation number if you made a reservation online.
For individuals, the penalty for cancellation of all reservations or for a reduction in the number of guests will be calculated in proportion to the number of guests in this table, based on a separate calculation for each date of use.
In addition, if there is a meal reservation, the room charge for which the penalty will be accumulated will be the charge including the meal charge only for the cancellation of the current day and the past days.
In the case of a group, the penalty for canceling all reservations or reducing the number of guests will be for the number of people reduced based on the total contract amount (including accommodation fee, meal fee, incidental fee). It is calculated by the ratio in this table.
